Useful Reading Websites
Becoming a strong reader is a lifelong process. Learners need to have an abundance of reading materials available to them - different stories and types of materials. There are hundreds of great online educational resources for learners. These are my favorite Websites for learners to develop their reading skills :
1- This amazing website help you to read, expand your vocabulary, and gradually become fluent in the language that you learning. "Readlang" allows you to read any foreign language text providing an immediate translation of a word or phrase you don’t know. When you click an unknown word it magically appears in the language you set as your native one. Upon clicking it again, it reverts to the original :
2- Leveled news articles (and lessons) for English language learners. This tool could be used with any readers to increase comprehension, fluency, and vocabulary skills. There are three difficulty levels. Complete the Test Your Level exercise in the pop-up box after you first get to the home page to find out what level will be best for you. Definitions for the vocabulary words, below the reading, assists with English meanings :
